As we prepare for another academic year, College of the Holy Spirit Manila is happy to announce that its enrolment for School Year 2013-2014 is still open! The enrolment started on the third week of May and still open for those students who wish to enroll in the College.

This year, the Academic Council has simplified the enrollment process. The students can just follow the 4-step procedure that was prepared for them. Here are the steps to be followed for enrolment:

STEP 1: Academic Counseling
In this step, the student is requested to go to the Board Room (which is located at Mo. Maria Bldg, Room 115) wherein they should be given the enrolment form (Pink Form). The student's scholastic record was already evaluated by the members of the Academic Council to align the subjects to the curriculum the student is currently taking.

STEP 2: Encoding of Subjects
Once the student is done with advising, she may proceed to the Internet Laboratory (for regular and new student) or to the Information Technology Center (for irregular student) for the encoding of subjects.
Step 3: Payment of Fees
If the student is done with the encoding of subjects, he/she may proceed to the Cashier to pay the fees stated in the student's registration form.

Step 4: ID
Once the student has paid, he/she will go to the Information Technology Center for either ID Validation (for Old students) or for ID application (for New students)

You see, our students can simply enroll in our College by simply following these four easy steps!

Centennial Logo
We've been seeing this logo for quite sometime, but do you know what does this logo means? Do you know the significance of this image? How did the College come up with this logo? Now is just the right time to answer these questions!

As early as 2011, the College of the Holy Spirit Manila introduced the Centennial Designs Competitions: Shirt and Logo Design Competitions. Among the different entries that have been sent, the logo chosen was the entry of a Fine Arts Graduate, Camille Viray. The original entry was edited and enhanced to its present appearance by the Mr. Edwin Coscolluela, a Fine Arts professor.

The Centennial Logo vividly represents College of the Holy Spirit Manila in her 100 years’ journey towards personal and academic excellence. The steady flame immortalizes the undaunted spirit and burning passion of the SSpS Sisters in their educational charism, thus giving birth to the College of the Holy Spirit Manila. The lambent blaze signifies the abiding presence of the Spirit of Christ and the many lives touched and transformed within her hallowed halls. The raging fire captures CHSM’s daring spirit to embrace the unknown and venture into new and unfamiliar paths.
